Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted yet I've been kinda busy. I promise I'll get more posts on here soon. Lately I've been getting recipes from relatives and the internet. So far I've learned to make German chocolate cake and I will be cooking it soon. I have also been watching videos on how to make certain foods. A lot of the videos I have been watching are those of Rosanna Pansino. I've started to gather a list on what ingredients I need to buy and how much of it to get. Sadly I have not yet started to cook anything but will be trying to soon. I'm interested in learning to cook Italian. I eat a lot of Italian and I am researching different pastas to make. Don't apologize for not posting! Just tell the information you are learning (maybe link to some of those videos!), and how your are learning. What are your successes and challenges? Maybe even one of your blog pages dedicated to the chef you mentioned in this post so that others can learn more about her and why you like her. Good luck!
